New Category Added: 2018 Maintenance Reports - we will post this monthly so owners can see the type of work being performed at the community
Financial Reports 2018 - January - May financials have been uploaded. We have not closed June books yet and will post info as soon as it is available.
2017 Board Meeting Minutes - all minutes from July through November 2017 have been uploaded with revisions
2018 Board Meeting Minutes - all January - June Board meeting minutes now appear under this one category. Future minutes will be loaded and stamped APPROVED once the minutes have been approved by the board at a duly noticed board meeting.
Annual Meeting Minutes 2008 Forward - the revised 2017 minutes have been uploaded
Board Member and employee contact names have been updated. This will change again next month if new members are elected to the board.
There is a lot of work yet to be done on this site, and we will work on the website once budget season is over.
Notices for the annual membership meeting to be held on August 15, 2018 have been sent to the printer and should be placed in the mail on Friday, July 27. When you receive your package, please read it carefully as some procedures have slightly changed from last year. If you plan to attend the meeting, we ask that you PLEASE BRING WITH YOU TO THE MEETING THE ENVELOPE CONTAINING ALL OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE MAILED TO YOU SO WE DO NOT HAVE TO SUPPLY ADDITIONAL BALLOTS, PROXIES & ENVELOPES. These items are very expensive and we are trying to keep your HOA costs down to alleviate increases in assessments. Your cooperation will be sincerely appreciated. Thank you.
