Our clubhouse is located off the Gunn Highway entrance into our community. It consists of both an area for community activities and our association offices. It is also the Hillsborough County Voting precinct for selected areas of our Community.
Clubhouse rental is available for social events, business meetings and other functions to members only. The rental portion of the clubhouse consists of two spacious Ballrooms: Our small Ballroom will hold 100 people, and our large Ballroom will hold 150 people. Each Ballroom has its own kitchen. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. We have two large bathrooms with Handicapped stalls. Parking is available in front of the Clubhouse, to include Handicapped slots, adjacent to our facility. Additional parking is permitted at the Town Centre across the street. The Clubhouse has (14)-8' tables, (3)-8' wall hugging rectangular tables, along with (6)-60 inch, and (4)-48 inch round tables. We also offer 150 folding chairs, at no additional cost to our residents. The Clubhouse has a capacity of 200 people based on fire department regulations.
