Estoppel Certificates pursuant to Chapter 720 State Statutes may be obtained by Title Companies and Finance Companies by forwarding a written request to [email protected] . Association Management will respond with instructions on submitting the required pre-pay fee and will provide the Estoppel upon receipt of the required fee and within the statutory period allowed or sooner.

RENTAL HOMES LIMITS EXCEEDED – NO ADDITIONAL HOMES MAY BE RENTED

 

Currently, the limit of rental homes in the Plantation at Carrollwood subdivision is exceeded by the total number of rental homes in the subdivision that is authorized by the association’s Declaration of Covenants.  No additional homes are currently available to be included in the rental pool. Any home acquired will not be eligible for rental and will be in violation of the Declaration of Covenants if the home is utilized as a rental property.  Homes intended for use as a rental property  will need to be placed on the Association’s waiting list.  The owner will be notified when additional homes are available for use as a rental property which is not expected for several months.
